RENT PAYMENT TERMS

To dodge any penalties, ensure your rent is settled by the 7th of each month. Our accounts conclude at 5pm, so anything beyond that is considered late. A minor late charge of Rs. 150 per day will apply from the 8th day until your due rent is cleared.

Yet, if your rent remains unpaid after the 20th of the month, we might have to part ways, as unpaid rent affects the service we offer you and Security Deposit Policy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICTY

Transitioning to Happy Living is not only hassle-free but also budget-friendly. We require only a 2-month security deposit along with 1-month advance rent. This sum should be settled before your move-in.

PRE-BOOKING TOKEN CONDITION

Wondering about the payment to secure your Happy Living accommodation? A measly Rs.3,000 for rooms. Regrettably, this token amount is non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds will be processed within approximately 30 business days. A statement outlining the deposit refund, including any deductions if applicable, will be forwarded to the member.

RENT PAYMENT SIMPLIFIED

Settling your rent is a breeze with Happy Living. Opt for online payment using the Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Cards. For added ease, expect an app notification whenever a new invoice is created.
