To dodge any penalties, ensure your rent is settled by the 7th of each month. Our accounts close at 5pm, so anything beyond that is considered late. A minor late charge of Rs. 150 per day will apply from the 8th day until your due rent is cleared. Yet, if your rent remains unpaid after the 20th of the month, we might have to part ways as unpaid rent affects the service we offer you and our Security Deposit Policy.

Transitioning to Happy Living is not only hassle-free but also budget-friendly. We require only a 2-month security deposit along with 1-month advance rent. This sum should be settled before your move-in.

Wondering about the payment to secure your Happy Living accommodation? A token amount of Rs. 3,000 is required for rooms. Please note that this token amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 30 business days. A detailed statement outlining the deposit refund—including any deductions if applicable—will be forwarded to the member.

Settling your rent is a breeze with Happy Living. Opt for online payment using Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Cards. For added convenience, you'll receive an app notification whenever a new invoice is generated.
