Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel the reservation within 7 days prior to the check-in date for Co-living and 24 hours prior to the hotel check-in; otherwise, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
CANCELLATION FEE
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your booking, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is made after 7 days of booking, a fee of 20% of the booking amount will be applied.
REFUNDS
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
MODIFICATION POLICY
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and approval by Happy Living.
Modifications made within the cancellation period may incur additional charges.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show guests will be charged the full booking amount.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), Happy Living reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty.
