CANCELLATION PERIOD
Guests may cancel their reservation within 7 days before the check-in date and 24 hrs before the hotel check-in.
CANCELATION FEE
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of booking, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made after 24 hrs of booking, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be applied.
REFUNDS
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
MODIFICATION POLICY
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and approval by Happy Living.
Modifications made within the cancellation period may incur additional charges.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered as a no-show.
No-show guests will be charged the full booking amount.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, Happy Living reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty.
