CUSTOMER POLICY

No customer would be allowed to onboard without the complete payment of rent and the security money.

GUEST POLICY

Guests of the opposite gender (except parents) are allowed to visit only in the common area.

Residents would need to make payments for a guest's overnight stay depending on the duration of stay. Up to 7 days: Rs. 500 per day (final charges may vary by property).

MONTHLY RENT POLICY

Your monthly HL rent is accepted via UPI and Bank Transfer only.

Please pay your rent at the start of every month.

For your first month of stay, rent must be paid before check-in.

For every subsequent month, rent has to be paid by the 7th of each month.

If rent payment is delayed, the penalty will be applied as follows:

After the 7th of each month, from the 8th onwards a penalty of INR 500 + 18% GST will be incurred per day.

Penalty charges cannot be waived under any condition, so please ensure timely payment. If dues are not cleared by the 10th, an immediate eviction notice will be generated.

We have a promise to our service providers to pay dues on time, and we need you to help us keep that promise.

EXIT REFUND POLICY

All refunds are processed online; no cash refunds are possible. Your security deposit is fully refundable, subject to clearance of dues, absence of damages, and completion of a 30-day notice period.

In case you have made an access payment, it will be refunded along with your security deposit.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after exit, provided you have submitted your correct bank account details.

NOTICE EXTENSION/ CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation or extension request can be raised via email. Acceptance of such requests is subject to availability.

Please submit your cancellation/extension request at least 7 days before your original exit date and ensure that all dues are cleared.

PRE-BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Each customer must pay a one-time booking charge of Rs. 1500/-, which is non-refundable. Payment of this fee confirms your stay on the specified joining date, and once collected, a bed will be allocated to you.

There will be no refund if you cancel the booking or fail to move in on your confirmed date.

REFERRAL POLICY

We encourage residents to refer their friends to Happy Living (at any property). Your friends receive an instant discount on the token amount, and once they start their stay, you will receive a referral reward of Rs. 500 (Amazon Coupon Voucher). More referrals mean bigger rewards!

NOTICE INITIATION POLICY

Please initiate your exit notice 30 days before your exit date via the provided email address.

We can accept your exit notice only if you initiate it (for security reasons). Please ensure that all dues are cleared before starting your notice.

If your notice period is shorter than 30 days, short-notice charges will apply, and your notice will remain unaccepted unless your outstanding balance is cleared.

Please note that the best month’s rent cannot be adjusted against the security deposit.
