CUSTOMER POLICY
No customer would be allowed to onboard without the complete payment of rent and the security money
GUEST POLICY
Guest of the opposite gender (except parents) are allowed to visit only in the common area.
Residents would need to make payments for guest's overnight stary depending on the duration of stay. Up to 7 days: Rs. 500 per day cost to be paid cost would vary as different properties.
MONTHLY RENT POLICY
Your monthly HL rent is accepted via UPI and Bank Transfer only
Please pay your rent at the start of every month.
For you first month of stay, rent has to be paid before check in.
For every subsequent month, rent has to be paid by the 7th of each month.
Please pay your rent at the start of every month.
If rent payment is delayed, penalty applied as below
After 7th of each month, from 8th onwards a penalty of INR 500+18% GST will be incurred per day.
Penalty charges cannot be waived under any condition, so please make sure to pay your dues on before 7th of each month.
If dues are not cleared by the 10th of each month, Immediate eviction notice will be generated and sent to you.
We have made a promise to pay our dues to service providers who ensure a comfortable Happy Living for you. To keep that promise, we need you to make timely payments.
EXIT REFUND POLICY
All refunds are made online, no cash refunds are possible Your security deposit is fully refundable subject to: Clearance of dues.
No damages caused.
Completion of 30day notice period Timely payments.
In case you have made access payment, it will be refunded along with security deposit.
Refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days post exit from the property, provided you have submitted your bank account details.
Please ensure your bank account details (beneficiary's name, account number, IFSC) are shared correctly with us.
Incorrect details may result in undue delay.
NOTICE EXTENSION/ CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation or extension ticket can be raised on the E-mail if desired.
Acceptance of cancellation and extension is subject to availability.
Please submit your cancellation/extension request at least 7 days in advance of your original exit date.
At the time of extension, all dues should be cleared.
PRE-BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Each customer would have to pay Booking charges of Rs. 1500/- which is a non-refundable, one time fee.
Payment of booking charges means customer has confirmed his stay with us on the said date of joining. Once the booking charges are collected, it is assured that the person will be allocated a bed at the time of joining.
There will be no refund if the customer cancels the booking/fails to move in on his mentioned - date of joining.
REFERRAL POLICY
We encourage residents to refer their friends to Happy Living. (same property or any other)
Your friends would receive an instant discount on the token amount.
When your friends being their stay at HL, you would receive a referral award of Rs. 500 (Amazon Coupon Voucher).
When you make more then one referral, the rewards are bigger.
NOTICE INITIATION POLICY
Please initiate your exit notice 30 days before exit date via the given Mail-ID.
We can accept your exit notice only if you initiated it, not if your friend has. This is for security reasons.
Please complete all payments to start your notice.
In case your notice is shorter than 30 days, a short-notice charges needs to be paid.
Unless your outstanding balance (short notice charges, rent any damages) is cleared, you notice stands unaccepted.
Please Note that the best month rent cannot be adjusted against the security deposit.
