Tenants can preferably move in between 8 AM morning India time to 10 PM evening India time. However, it depends on living units and locations. Please update your resident manager for your moving-in time in advance. If you plan to arrive during night hours, we all assist you for a smooth transition.
There are no age restrictions. Residents must be 18 years old or above.
All genders are allowed. All our units are unisex, and we do not sign up any bed for opposite-sex roommates.

Yes, you can bring guests freely. There is a limit of three days per month for your guests with nominal charges for stays exceeding this limit.

The signed agreement will be provided within 24 to 48 hours after payment of the security and rental fees.
There is a one-time charge called the booking amount or onboarding fee of 1500 Rs. Tenants will be liable to pay this charge when they move into Happy Living; otherwise, this amount will be deducted from their security deposit.
You can always enter as a guest in exchange for the daily prevailing rates available on popular booking web portals. Our unit has alliances with many short-stay booking platforms.
You can live with guest status while you sign the rental agreement for stays.
Yes. You can. The rates may be slightly more than standard long-duration rates.
15 days (half month). However, we prefer to collect the full-term rent in advance for short stays of two or three months.

No, there are no restrictions. You can use the kitchen on a time-sharing basis or enjoy a great cooking experience with your mates.

In apartments managed by us, pets are allowed. However, in shared co-living properties, pets are not allowed.
Subletting is not permitted. However, movement to other rooms or units in the same city or region is usually free of charge (subject to your agreement).
Subletting is not possible. However, if you decide to move, a lock-in breach fee (as mentioned in your agreement) may apply.
You can terminate your stay anytime with a 30-day notice as per the user agreement.
Yes, you may move out during the lock-in period, but a breach fee will apply as stated in your agreement.

We have a dedicated maintenance team with SLAs and a ticket system. Tenants can submit requests via their self-service login.
Our in-stay services include daily cleaning, deep washroom and room cleaning, laundry, commute options, dietician services, doctor on call, emergency response, 24/7 security, high-speed internet, concierge desk, parking, and dining options.

Our electricity charges are nominal 15 Rs per unit (excluding rent) plus 750 Rs fixed charges for a private room or 500 Rs for shared backup.
